In sessions you can move through blocks through trauma informed methods and also be given tools, support and accountability to work on your life goals.

Personal Growth Mentoring is about supporting you through the ups and downs of life. It’s a hybrid offering which does have therapeutic aspects, but unlike traditional therapy it also includes tools and advice to help you work towards your goals and uncover potential blocks that are holding you back. It’s about helping yourself in a different way, especially when it comes to wounding and triggers. It not only helps you to process the past, but develop the mindset and skills to move into your future dreams. In this essence mentoring flows with where you are in your life right now.

Personal Growth Mentoring works with you having a specific intention to work through, but it might not be something that is a box ticking goal. For example wanting to move through creative blocks, understand certain behaviours that are holding you back (addictions, shying away, being overly critical of yourself), as opposed to doing ‘x’ number of actions by ‘y’ date.

Maybe you’re struggling with a certain aspect of life that you feel it’s time to understand the root cause of, but also wanting support in cultivating a supportive lifestyle and some practical tools to help get you back on track.

Through our initial meeting we can explore the challenges you might be facing, whether they be certain patterns or navigating a current life situation; and explore appropriate strategies, tools and solutions. These sessions are not just sharing life changing tools, but about holding a safe space, asking the right questions and providing encouragement for you to have your own ‘aha’ moments that inspire real change. 

Personal Growth Mentoring is about working through any blind spots and wounded parts of our human self, whilst also working to remember our individuality and authentic essence which is our strongest guiding force in life that drives us towards our dreams and goals.

Belinda, your mentor, is trained in Compassionate Inquiry which is a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic approach, she’s a 500HR Meditation Teacher, has studied Spiritual Psychology and is trained in Nutritional Therapy, Subconscious Reprogramming and Astrology (to view the details of the life stages your traversing).
