At Listen Up Therapy, we offer short-term and long-term online and in person therapy to support your mental well-being. Whether you need help with anxiety, stress, personal growth, or life transitions, our experienced psychotherapists provide a safe space for self-exploration and healing.
Our Therapy Options
Short-term therapy: 6–12 weeks for focused support.
Long-term therapy: 12+ weeks for deeper exploration and sustained growth.
Weekly 50-minute sessions for consistent guidance.
In person one-to-one therapy- available with selected therapists.
Online therapy via Zoom – a secure, encrypted platform.
Telephone therapy – available if you have limited internet access.
Low-cost therapy – subject to availability.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a session at short notice, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative time, but availability may be limited.
What We do…
Therapy
As qualified psychotherapeutic counsellors we are offering you counselling sessions, encouraging awareness, and facilitating change, using psychotherapeutic tools from our individual modalities, drawing on our rich personal life experiences and previous work with clients. Our counsellors have their own individual styles of working relationally with you to help you grow and become more self-aware.
Online Counselling
We are offering one to one online counselling via video call usually using Zoom, which is a professional securely encrypted video conferencing system. All of our psychotherapeutic counsellors are familiar and experienced with working in this format. We can offer telephone counselling sessions if you do not have access to the internet, or have any connection issues.
